What do we sell?

Maternity wear

For Mums to Be we have a wide variety of maternity wear, including casual wear and clothes for work and special occasions. In the Nursery Barn you can browse at your leisure and there are changing rooms if you want to try anything on. There is also comfortable seating for when you (or your partner) need a sit down. If you need any advice or assistance we are always happy to help.

Baby equipment

We sell smaller items of baby equipment such as baby baths, changing boxes and bags, bouncy chairs, feeding equipment etc. We stock bedding, cot sheets, blankets and baby carriers. We are happy for you to try them out – with baby in if you wish – before you buy. If you are looking for something in particular then just give us a call and we can tell you if we have it in – we are always putting new stock out.

Pregnancy / baby / early years books

If you are looking for help in choosing baby’s name or what to expect during pregnancy perhaps, advice on what to feed baby then we normally have a wide selection of books for you to browse.

Baby clothes (boys and girls)

The Nursery Barn has a large and constantly changing selection of baby clothes starting with premature clothes up to 24 months, all at incredible prices. All your baby requirements in one room.

Baby toys

To help keep baby amused we have toys of all colours and descriptions-quiet ones and noisy ones. We usually have play gyms and baby nests in stock too.

Children’s clothes (boys and girls)

We have a vast selection of children’s clothes and are putting new clothes out every day. We cater for all tastes and requests – from everyday clothes, party and disco wear to wedding outfits. We also sell school uniforms, riding and dance wear, Brownie and Scout Uniforms etc. We have five changing rooms where you can try anything on.

Children’s books

From babies board books to teenage romance we always have a big selection of books to choose from. If your child is just starting to read we have the early readers and progress upwards to the revision books for GCSE etc. There is also an education and craft section.

Children’s games

We sell toys, games, wooden toys, jigsaws and DVD’s. Again we have a big and constantly changing selection and if you are looking for something special just give us a call in shop hours.

Dressing up clothes

We have two racks dedicated to dressing up clothes and can usually dress princesses, fairies, pirates and doctors to name but a few. We can also help you find outfits for parties, school plays, book days and special themed days.

Teenage clothes (12-16 years, boys and girls)

In the so called ‘7 and Up Barn’ we cater for all the various tastes of the well dressed teenager! There are two changing rooms where they can try clothes on and plenty of mirrors !!
