What do we take in?
When we are taking in clothes we accept maternity wear and children’s clothes from birth up to 15 to 16 years of age. All clothes need to be in good condition and clean, without any marks or buttons etc. missing. It helps us if you pop your name and address in the bag and that the items are neatly packed -whether clothes or toys.
Shoes, boots, slippers, football boots etc. must again all be in a good AND CLEAN condition.
We take toys, games, dressing up clothes, books and smaller items of equipment. All toys must be clean, in good condition and have all the correct parts with them. If the toys require batteries they must have working batteries in them – so our customers can test how noisy they are going to be before they buy!! If toys are part of a set it helps if you can bag them up together so we know what goes with what. Games and Jigsaws must be complete and in good condition.
